I’m Penny and using the wonders of modern technology, I teach people how to exercise safely and effectively in the comfort of their own homes.

I also work with clients to improve their diet and eating behaviours, whether that be for weight-loss or simply to improve their overall health.

As a personal trainer who has enjoyed a few significant birthdays, I understand those annoying aches and pains, and am fully aware that your body no longer pings back like it did in your twenties. I also understand that to eat healthily in today’s world can be hugely challenging and that restrictive dieting is doomed to failure. I will support and guide you as you progress, enabling you to become fitter, stronger, lighter and healthier.

A Considered Approach to Diet and Exercise

Safe and effective.

I have seen too many people doing inappropriate exercise and at best feeling exhausted and at worse ending up injured. There is a culture in the fitness industry that if you aren’t sweating profusely, feeling discomfort or even pain, and depriving yourself of the foods you love, then you are wasting your time.

How can that approach be considered healthy? To my mind, diet and exercise should be all about self-care, not punishment. The battles we face are as much mental as they are physical. My approach will help shift your mindset so that exercising and eating healthily simply become part of who you are.
